Service Advisor ($18-65+k/ year)

• - Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their vehicle's needs
• - Provide recommendations and estimates for necessary repairs and services
• - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
• - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• - Order the right parts, from the right vendor, for the right cost/quality/availability
• - Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs needed
• - Process payments and handle cash transactions
• - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
• - Assist with marketing programs and specials

• - Previous experience in a service advisor role or similar position preferred
• - Strong knowledge of Subaru Performance (and other makes), general automotive repairs, and performance upgrades
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• - Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and record keeping
